Within your Virtual Hangar™ you have the ability to edit your passenger details in witch is automatically sent to the crew of the aircraft of your choosing. This may be accessed via your App or Web Login.

From your booking link, click the Edit button next to the passenger details section. You’ll be able to check off existing passengers or click + Add New Passenger to enter a new guest.

You will need to provide basic details like full name, date of birth, and any special requests. This ensures all passengers are properly logged in.

Yes. After adding or selecting your passengers, click the Next Step button to save your updates.

Please enter or update all passenger details at least 18 hours before your scheduled departure.
If your flight is scheduled to depart within the next 18 hours, you will have 1 hour from the time of booking to finalize your passenger list. After this window closes, your itinerary will lock.

If it’s less than 18 hours before departure, reach out directly to your assigned Flight Advisor. They’ll do their best to assist you manually.

Yes, you can update or remove passengers before the 18-hour cutoff. Just return to the itinerary, click Edit, and make the necessary changes. Otherwise, contact your Flight Advisor for further assistance.

Yes. All passengers must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to departure. This is required for accuracy and security purposes.

Yes. You can add minors, but be sure to include their age and note if you’ll need accommodations like a child seat or stroller space.
