Aircraft Matching for Member Requests

When a vetted UberJets member requests a flight through the Virtual Hangar® app, The Platform automatically notifies operators with aircraft in the best location and ready to fulfill the request.

Step 2

Quote Processing for Aircraft Comparison

Quotes are submitted via email and PDF, then seamlessly processed by Virtual Hangar’s AI, transforming them into a streamlined, interactive format that allows UberJets members to easily filter and compare a wide range of aircraft options.

Step 3

Customer Books Suitable Quote

Through the Virtual Hangar, customers have the freedom to book their preferred quote from the available options provided by you. Our platform empowers clients to make the final selection, ensuring they get the best fit for their needs.

Step 4

Receive Booking Details

Once a member selects your quote, you’ll receive all necessary booking details, including an automatically generated trip link, transaction status updates, passenger information, special requests, and access to a flight tracking interface.

Step 5

Receive Post-Flight Reviews

At the conclusion of each flight, members are prompted to submit a post-flight review, which is then shared directly with your operations team. This feedback not only showcases your aircraft’s performance but also helps maintain high service standards, further enhancing your reputation as a Virtual Hangar® Approved operator.

Not always. Around 70% of the time, members choose the aircraft offering the best value, which may include larger or more comfortable options even if they are slightly more expensive.

Almost all trip requests are successfully booked. This is because they come from vetted members who have already paid an annual fee to access and utilize the Virtual Hangar® software.

No, UberJets does not select the aircraft. All quotes are sent through the Virtual Hangar® platform and projected directly to the member, who makes the final decision on which aircraft to choose.

The post-flight review allows passengers to rate their overall booking experience, including the aircraft’s exterior, interior, and their interaction with the crew.
