Within your Virtual Hangar™ you have access to edit your Catering & Car service requests directly from your App or Web Login. As a Member you are credited $200 per each reservation to apply to Catering and/or Car service.

Log into your Virtual Hangar™ profile, go to your flight itinerary, and click the Edit button on the right-hand side. This will take you to a page where you can update your catering and car service preferences.

From within your scheduled itinerary, look for the Edit option on the right-hand side. Clicking it will redirect you to the Virtual Hangar™ customization screen.

Yes! As a highly valued UberJets member, you receive $200 in credits to apply toward amenities such as in-flight catering and ground transportation.

To ensure smooth coordination, we kindly ask that all catering and car service requests be submitted at least 18 hours prior to your scheduled departure.

While we’ll always try to accommodate, we can’t guarantee service for late requests. To ensure the best experience, submit your preferences as early as possible.

Yes, as long as it’s before the 18-hour cutoff. Log back in to your itinerary and click Edit to update your request. Otherwise, contact your Flight Advisor and we will do our best to accommodate.

We’ll reach out with alternate options that match your preferences and ensure something suitable is onboard.

Yes. You can request specific beverages, including wine, champagne, or spirits. Availability may vary by location and aircraft operator.
