Worst private flight ever after 1000+ flights. We flew in an oven for 3 1/2 hours

The flight crew was outstanding. Very professional and personable. Some of the window shades were stuck down, and one of the tray tables would not open. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

Outstanding crew! I hope I get them again! Very professional, and very courteous. The interior of the airplane had a couple of issues. Some of the window shades would not go up. One of the tray tables would not open. Otherwise, it was perfection!
